Conflict Management Coaching
Our firm specializes in conflict management coaching, based on the 7 steps of the Cinergy model⁹. Created by conflict management expert Cinnie Noble, the model provides a coaching framework designed to empower individuals to manage conflict independently. It emphasizes self-awarness, helping individuals understand their triggers and behaviors during conflict, and encourages clarity in identifying underlying issues. The model promotes setting realistic goals for conflict resolution and recognizes that individuals have choices in how they respond to conflict. It encourages constructive resolution and self-empowerment, fostering a proactive approach to conflict rather than relying on external interventions.
What characterizes our Conflict Management Coaching:
Is tailored to individual needs.
Focus on self-awareness, helping individuals understand their feelings as well as their behaviors in conflict situations.
Enable individuals to be better equipped to clearly identify the underlying issues driving their conflicts.

" It feels like my manager is singling me out. No matter what I do, it never seems to meet their expectations. They frame it as constructive feedback, but it feels more like constant criticism and pressure. I'm struggling to navigate this and would benefit from conflict coaching to help me gain a fresh perspective and find healthier ways to handle the situation."
" One of my direct reports is dealing with two employees who aren't getting along, and the situation is worsening despite their efforts to manage it. I'm running out of ideas myself and would benefit from coaching to explore new strategies I can suggest to help resolve the conflict."
" I have an employee with a lot of potential who performs exceptionally well in many areas, but is struggling in a few key aspects that are holding them back from truly excelling. Their performance review is coming up. Despite my efforts to provide constructive feedback, they feel like I'm constantly criticizing them and are not receptive to my comments. I need help to communicate differently with them.

Emotional intelligence [EQ-I 2.0] TM

Benefits for leadership to invest in Psychometric Testing
Psychometric tests are scientifically validated tools which offer a structured, objective, and impartial assessment of an individual’s psychological traits. The psychometric tests for which St-Pierre, Gauthier & Co. Inc. is certified support the self-discovery and self-growth of each team member, which can lead to stronger team cohesion. Combining psychometric testing with other tools (e.g. communication) and practices (e.g. conflict coaching) can boosts organizational effectiveness by addressing challenges such as high turnover and low employee engagement¹⁶.
Emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way¹⁷.
Benefits for leadership to invest in an Emotional Intelligence assessment
Following the completion of an assessment, St-Pierre, Gauthier & Co. Inc. provides an emotional intelligence profile that offers valuable insights into how an individual manages their emotions and interacts with others, including their ability to handle stress, contributing to improved self-awareness.
Understanding their emotional intelligence profile enables individuals to better regulate their emotions, reducing workplace conflicts and enhancing team cooperation. Moreover, individuals who understand and effectively manage their emotions are more focused, motivated, and productive, leading to improved performance and positive workplace outcomes¹⁸.
" I struggle with setting boundaries in professional situations. When I do, I am often perceived as overly aggressive, despite my best efforts to be careful in my approach. I recognize that this pattern can be detrimental to my career growth, and I genuinely want to understand why it keeps recurring. An emotional intelligence assessment could offer valuable insights, helping me develop more effective strategies and to understand the impact my emotions have when dealing with difficult situations."
NOVA profiles
The NOVA Profile is designed to reveal an individual’s natural style, their inherent traits and true nature, as well as their adapted style, which reflects how they behave in social or professional contexts. By comparing these two styles, the profile provides deeper insights into how individuals perceive and interact with their environment, highlighting their strengths but also their risks. It also uncovers a person's core motivations, offering a comprehensive understanding of both their internal drives and external adaptations
Benefits for leadership to invest in NOVA profiles
St-Pierre, Gauthier & Co. Inc. offers the NOVA Profile, as it helps employers enhance team dynamics, optimize talent, and reduce burnout by understanding employees’ natural and adapted styles. It supports targeted development and increased engagement by aligning roles with employees' strengths, motivations, and authentic selves²¹.
"I often feel exhausted at the end of my workday, and I think it's because I'm always trying to present an ideal version of myself to fit in and meet the workplace expectations. Completing an assessment and obtaining my NOVA profile could help me understand the potential disconnect between my true self and my professional 'persona', including what truly motivates me so I have a more sustainable and fulfilling work experience."
Enneagram
The Enneagram is a personality model that categorizes human behavior into nine core types, offering deep insights into both individuals and groups. Each of these types is rooted in one of three Centers of Intelligence: Head (thinking), Heart (feeling), and Body (instinct). In addition to the nine core types, the model also incorporates Wings—neighboring types that influence a person's primary type—and 27 Subtypes, which show how one adapts to different situations and challenges based on their instinctual needs¹⁹.
Benefits for leadership to invest in an Enneagram assessment
St-Pierre, Gauthier & Co. Inc. offers assessments that generate an Enneagram profile, a powerful self-discovery tool that uncovers unconscious patterns shaping behavior, motivations, and decision-making. By engaging with the Enneagram, individuals gain a clearer understanding of their actions, reactions, and emotional triggers, which in turn fosters greater personal responsibility, self-awareness, and opportunities for personal and professional growth as well as talent management²⁰.
" I am managing a team where two key members constantly clash. One is highly detail-oriented, always focusing on following processes and ensuring everything was done correctly, while the other is a big-picture thinker who prioritized efficiency and quick results. Their communication is strained because one is perceived as reckless and the other as slowing down the team. Using the Enneagram and the depth of information it brings helped us understand these differences and reframed the conflict by adjusting their communication styles, behaviors and expectations."
